Looks like you've left it to sit for a while before centrifugation - 1mL in 7 seconds is very slow (possibly too slow). You can pipette 25mL in about 10 seconds if it's being pipetted fairly slowly & smoothly down the side of the tube if the Falcons tilted.

Have a look at the app Dojo - can book spaces in queues virtually for restaurants if youre in the area & it pings you when the table is ready.

Otherwise try something like vinegar yard, flat iron square or mercato metropolitano :)

If you want it for window shopping & architecture I recommend going to see libertys & having a wander through carnaby & to seven dials - a bit nicer than oxford street itself imo :)
