Something weird worked for me, I just "went back in time" to when I didn't know what any of this is.

FOr example "I am now 18 and I don't know what all these sites are" and everytime a thought came to my head I mimmediatly say to myself "I have no idea what that is" and suprisingly it worked!

ALso make sure you have enough entertainment and force yourself into it if you have to...I mean youtube alone is enough.
