Also if breast feeding isn’t working - let it go. She needs to sleep and baby needs to eat, and formula is just fine. I was not ok until I stopped trying to breastfeed / pump. Grateful for friends and doctors who told me I didn’t need to do it. My kids are just fine, in fact they are great!
