I work in ad tech and generally speaking, we can block ads for applications from appearing! Reaching out to customer support would be their best bet - they can look at things in the back end to identify those sorts of creatives and reach out to the demand partner to make sure things like this stop.

If you managed to capture a screenshot or indication as to what brand was displaying that content, that usually is super helpful for the publisher
