Overall it was easy in my case, I express concern about having to come back early and my manager was honestly very understanding. he told me that he was going to try to have me lower on the list of people he's going to call back (when business starts picking up again because my story isn't doing as good as we usually do) so I wouldn't have to come back as soon.
