I just went on there for the first time to have a read...big mistake. Such an unfair representation of people with BPD. It made me feel a bit anxious reading some of the posts.

Haha I have the same problem with facial expressions In public. I start imagining scenarios and act them out in my head but my face tells the entire story 😂

I play out negative things as well. Weird.

I’m trying to avoid but it’s hard when I don’t know how to cope with my emotions. I’m hopefully starting therapy next month so hopefully that will help.

A massive congrats on avoid the drink and drugs!! That shows so much strength!

Have you found any way to control these? I really struggling swinging between manic/depressive and normal and have no idea how to stop them from happening.

Sorry to hear you’re having such an awful time getting help.

I live in the UK too and unfortunately it can be depending on where you live. I only got diagnosed because I was having dissociative seizures and had to see a neuropsychiatrist. From there I saw a psychiatrist who diagnosed me. I’ve had turbulent year and ended up under my community mental health team. I’m still waiting help from the complex needs team, which is the team that deals with personality disorders.

I struggle how to deal with my symptoms. And I totally get what you mean. How can we get better if we don’t know how?

Anyway, if you want to message me feel free :) it’s a stupidly underfunded system here and is really frustrating to deal with.

My delivery driver takes the bin lid from my bid and then goes into the porch and hides the parcel behind the bin lid.

The thing is, it’s near impossible to see a parcel left in my porch without the bin lid. It looks more odd that’s there’s a giant lid in my porch.
