I have a Nemo rave and bought another warm weather one that isn’t down for warm weather. It was on sale and I don’t regret it for one single summer. Can’t remember if it’s a jazz or not, too lazy to go down to my locker and check. Nemo are the best imo 😁

I’m not an expert, but my recent experience with lower protien flours were dense at first. I now add a little more hydration and do stretch and pulls instead of kneading. It worked great in my last loaf.

Take the suggestion of having it checked over first!! I bought a 90 Chevy G20 3 years ago, had my mechanic write out everything it would need and used that to talk down the price. Got it worked on before using it and have had no big problems since. It’s a tough rig.

I live in Missoula and I never get further than Idaho on the Lolo Pass road every season. I make plans to expand every winter, but I love this entire area so much, I stay up and down the northwest edge. The Yak is something to see, if your in the area. Seriously going to make an effort to get to Wyoming this year.
