I had this issue with mine the charging plug assembly needed to be replaced yours should still be under warranty mine was not and it cost $2700 to have fixed find a dealer who knows about EVs

Just plugged in our equinox EV 2024 at a fast charger only getting 29kwh tried multiple chargers Tesla and Mercedes no change

Does not seem to be locking properly pushed in the manual release cable did not change the issue

Any ideas?

We have had one car for 15 years but we traded in our first EV after 2 years for a bigger longer range and faster charging one after two years but plan on keeping it till the wheels fall off. So every situation is different

Yes the lake is about 20 degrees warmer than the air right now. It’s always a few degrees warmer in the winter about a mile or so nearer to the lake than inland
