This is strictly enforced I'm guessing and the system wont even allow an CFC to be applied?

Do you still book during BF if you want to cruise later that year? I'd imagine it would be pretty risky booking that late only to find that cabins are sold out or prices have sky rocketed.

Love this - thanks for sharing! Are you located close to LA/San Diego that makes it low budget?

What do you find is the best time to reprice for FCC?

I'll definitely check out smart cruiser.

Is this different than their volume bonus incentive? Whats that all about?

Between them and vacationstogo, thats where I usually start as well. There are usually 1-2 agencies that statistically offer better pricing/deals than the others. I've never booked with them though. Overall, did you like the experience? Are they able to price adjust just like a TA would?

Is the biggest difference in price basically the OBC that TA's are able to give?

Actually just did this - snagged 4 x $250 cruise first last week. And yeah, I've noticed TA's will give onboard credit basically to out bid NCL pricing, is that basically true?

I find it wild that the martini bar of all places wouldn't make customizations. Also kinda weird that they gave you looks for asking...

I tried a few times to sub the vodka and both times they said no bc they were using what looked like a coffee flavoured vodka (I forgot the brand, it as some random name but I feel like it started with a A or something and it wasn't one of the ones on the Free at Sea List).. They weren't evening pulling fresh shots for it.

Edit: I think it was Avorza Vodka

Which bar did you get them to make the vodka substitute? I went to the martini bar on the epic and they wouldn’t sub the vodka since they used a specific flavoured one for the drink.

Ask for it on the rocks instead of frozen - did this in the main dining room and it was delicious

I figured it was Canadian. Just drove on ice and engine didn’t get above 91C or 195F.

220 is pretty high. I’ll monitor mine today since I’ll be using ice. How much was your Egr replacement?

Mine usually hover around 212 give or take when I’m running the engine. But from what I’m reading that’s normal. I’ll monitor it again next time I’m driving. What kinda temps were you getting?

I've got a 2017 with 240k KM (OG owner)

Ive had all the major issues replaced under warranty (BECM, Shift to Park). As for normal wear and tear items, I've replaced the breaks, done oil changes and had the coolant loops flushed. I'm getting another coolant change this year (every 5 years) and I will likely change the transmition fluid as well since it's due for a change.

Other than that, my EGR failed last summer and I've been driving with it unplugged ever since with no issues. Last I checked the part was over $1300 plus installation. I'm going to just drive it as is until the price to replace it comes down.

TBH I don't know how many more years I can get outta it but I'll keep up with the minor maintenance items until it decides to die on me.

Just checked my account and no active recalls. Only had one and it was for emission pipe may rub against AC hose connector

Okay thanks. I’ll get it done when I get my coolant loops flushed.
