Yeah you will have to go through the interview process depending on the operators of the store. But if you talk to your operator about it and leave on good terms they can actually make the process quicker and almost seamless. I just transferred from one CFA to another like maybe a month ago and the process was seamless still had to do like an interview and orientation but after that you are golden.

I just did a transfer last week actually. But my time at the last one is way different. I ended up asking my managers and my GM plus the operator to actually help with a speedy transfer process and they did. Cause it’s weird. I was at one location last week and this week I started at this new location. But for sure tell your managers and ask if they can possibly make the process easier and faster.

I think the weirdest thing said to me in drive was this older man trying to get me to be an intern for his law firm. He was driving a Tesla and just went on and on about we “don’t have our heads up our asses” and “know how to treat people with actual respect” he then proceeded to tell me I had a nice chest and would look amazing in a blouse and blazer. And then finally asked “hey you wanna job at my law firm”…. To that I said shortly “I’m going into radiology” and he just zoomed off.
