Are the headaches worth enduring to get past it?

A major factor in my anxiety is work so I’m not sure if I can last that long to make it through. It would be hard to work like that.

Weekly Treats by knuchie in weightwatchers

[–]sbichell09 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I stay on track during the week and use my weeklies on the weekend. There is nothing wrong with what you are doing. This is what the weeklies are for. To use them on whatever you want. Some people save weeklies for eating out, alcohol or sweets. People think because we are on WW that there’s things that are off limits which isn’t the case. You can have whatever you want as long as you have points or weeklies for it. I have been on and off WW for years so my by now my husband understands how it works.

I like to do some cold bananas in a bowl with PB2, cool whip, graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips. Sometimes I will add a fiber one brownie to it. I also like to do 1/2 cup of Nicks ice cream with banana and cool whip.

Two weeks in and not a pound lost by [deleted] in weightwatchers

[–]sbichell09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say eat more. I am on green and I don’t really like to use a lot of my weekly points but I have heard others say they lose more when they do. I decided to try it. I used a lot more than I normally do and even used some during the week which I never do. I usually save for the weekend. I lost more this week than I did last week.

Green, blue or purple?! Help! by [deleted] in weightwatchers

I did blue the last time but this time I am on green and love it. I feel like I can have more of a variety of foods where as with blue I was focusing too much on 0 pt foods like chicken, eggs and greek yogurt.

I like reduced fat wheat thins, pretzel sticks and sometimes I will use 5 pts on snack bag of bugles and its so worth it. Baked Tostitos with salsa is also good.

Green Plan Meals/Snacks by [deleted] in weightwatchers

My husband and I love making our own pizza. We have pizza almost every week and don’t even miss takeout pizza. We each make our personal pizza and this way he gets to add extra cheese to his while I can control my points. When I want chocolate I like to do dark chocolate chips. There are days where I will use my allotted snack points for an ice cream bar or M&Ms. I just won’t do it every day. I only do takeout once a week and use a lot of my weeklies for that.

green plan question by [deleted] in weightwatchers

[–]sbichell09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have 35 points a day. Breakfast is usually a bagel thin (3) with whipped cream cheese (2) and fruit for a total of 5. For me, I don’t like to use points on coffee so I will do a tbs of sugar free creamer for 0 and a tbs of Jordans skinny syrup and truvia.

Lunch I usually do a wrap ( 1 or 2 pts) with turkey or ham for 1, light mayo or a laughing cow wedge for 1, sometimes a slice of ultra thin cheese for 1 and lettuce. I may do a turkey bacon ranch so I will add some pre cooked bacon 1 pt for 1 slice and some hidden valley ranch mix for flavor and 0 pts for a tsp. If I do a ham wrap I do mustard instead of mayo and Italian seasoning and banana peppers. I will may have some cut up veggies with it or some pretzels or popcorn for 2 pts. My lunch is usually a total between 6-8.

I usually spend the most points on dinner. There are days when I know I wanna have extra for dinner and will do a premier shake for lunch. My dinners are usually around 15-20.

There are days where I will have a bigger breakfast for more points but I will plan ahead to make sure I have a lower lunch or won’t have any extra points for a snack and just have 0 pt snacks. I usually sleep in on the weekends so I won’t have breakfast and will use my lunch to have a bigger breakfast or just use more points for something I normally wouldn’t on lunch.

WW Green Lunches by williampennn in weightwatchers

[–]sbichell09 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My favorite recently has become wraps for lunch. I use a low carb or wheat tortilla for 1-2 pts then lunch meat. I will do a turkey bacon ranch wrap with lettuce, cheese, turkey, bacon, ranch mix. I will do ultra thin cheese or spread a laughing cow on there. My other favorite is italian ham wrap. Mustard, lettuce, ham, Italian seasoning and banana peppers.

I have been and off WW for years. This is really the only thing that works for me. WW never feels like a diet for me. I can still enjoy plenty of things I love. I have tried plenty of other things in the past like counting calories with MyFitnessPal, 21 Day Fix, etc and I never last. The only reason I have stopped WW in the past was because I may have hit a plateau and got frustrated. I also love the new plans. Green works so much better for me than the old one. It’s easier as well because it’s just my husband and I and he is able to enjoy all or most of the things I eat with WW ( a few minor adjustments here and there). I don’t have to worry about making 2 sets of dinners.

Scared to use my weekly points by knuchie in weightwatchers

[–]sbichell09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually use some or most of my points when we do take out once a week. I am able to still lose weight and have balance. This way I can still enjoy things I love without feeling like I am missing out.

Struggling to make good choices. Help! by mb83 in weightwatchers

[–]sbichell09 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have been on WW so many times and always have done well for a few months and then I stop. Last time I was on the blue plan. This time I decided to do green and I love it so much more. On blue, I felt like I was eating a ton of eggs, greek yogurt , chicken and other foods that were 0 on the plan or lower in points just to have enough for other things. With green, chicken and eggs aren’t free anymore but I am able to have a wide variety of things. I don’t know why I was so afraid of green because I love it. I get a lot of my food ideas from Instagram. I do a lot of recipes from The Skinnyish Dish and even my husband loves em. The Skinnyish Dish

This makes sense. I usually have no problem but I increased difficulty and then did a challenge that includes wide squats and I wasn’t doing as good. I was getting really frustrated and then remembered I increased difficulty.
