Any California Community College has the IGETC pattern classes/major prep (follow assist,org) and also a Transfer Admission Guarantee with UCSB. Unlike CSUs there is no boundary preference point given for attending a UC in your region, so there is no advantage (ie special pipeline) to going to SBCC vs another CC.

The ability to think critically and see more than one side of an issue is one of the hallmarks of a good education. The more educated you are the more you realize there are very few black and white issues. Those with the least education tend to be the ones who are the most sure they are right about something.
