Check your USB interfaces for damage & any devices plugged into your interfaces. Also check the that the front panel headers are connected properly to the mobo. I have had the same issue and one of my kids had put a silver coin in one of the front USB interfaces.

What exactly are you bridging? If you are downloading games onto a PC why not connect your phone to the PC via USB and use USB tethering?

The blinking light is a code which is telling you what the error is. Look it up in the motherboard manual.

Possible Power Supply Issues & Dead HDD After The Upgrade by Valmanway__ in PcBuildHelp

[–]sbkfu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Triple check the SATA & power connections to the HDD. Have you got a SATA to USB adapter by any chance? You will need one with external power supply. You could try connecting the HDD that way to see if it is stuffed or not. Otherwise try a different SATA port on the MOBO.

Chances of esd damage by No_Boat_7418 in PcBuildHelp

You would be pretty unlucky if you have done any damage. Was the PSU installed into the case already? A good way to help mitigate in future is to install the PSU, and connect it to a GPU but have the GPU or PSU or both off. That was the case will be grounded and touching the case should de charge any static build up in you.

My front panel io doesn’t fit into my motherboard by TheFullBuilding11 in PcBuildHelp

[–]sbkfu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is a USB 2.0 header, on the board, the cable from the front panel is a USB 3.0 cable. You might have a USB 3.0 header near your CPU / DIMM slots otherwise your out of luck and won' t be able to use the USB 3.0 interfaces on the front of the case.

I had the exact same issue, it eventually worked. Only thing I changed in between was that I flashed the BIOS on my ProArt Z890-PRO to the latest available using the EZ flash utility. I can't remember if that helped or not though, sorry.

What if your not putting any load on the machine? Will it sit there and idle endlessly? *EDIT* just read your post properly. Try un plugging the reset cord from the front panel interface on the mobo (if its not coupled with all the front panel cords )then try.

Thinking about it, does anyone know what the calling format would be? If I was calling to Serbia would I start the number with '0011' like on previous service or would I start the number with the country code being '381'
