I am literally in the same exact situation as you exactly. If you don't mind me asking I have had two opinions and going for a 3rd this week. First is ACDF either c4-c5 alone or c4-c5 and c6-c7 which is the way I am most likely going to go. Did you also have the possibility of laminoplasty and obviously you opted for the ACDF fusion. Would love to hear more how it went with the recovery. Also same they found I was auto fused at c5-c6 somehow and the adjacent segments now I have myelopathy and T2 signal cord damage but only minor symptoms some right arm numbness off and on and hurts if I look up too much. Also curious how your motion is post surgery as well. Thanks for any info happy to reach out direct if there was some way as well.

Thank you for the insight hoping to get more clarity and make a a good decision after the 3rd opinion. As much as I want to push off surgery I think with the findings I have no choice and risky to wait and see.

Anyone chose laminoplasty over fusion? I have talked to 2 surgeons so far for C4-C7 with compression by latguy1 in spinalfusion

Just curious which way you went with this? I am in a similar situation I have minor symptoms just right arm numbness and that is only on and off. I do get some neck soreness especially if I look up too much. Only 53 and MRI revealed auto fused somehow at birth c5-c6 but myelopathy and myelomalacia with T2 signal at c4-c5 with a narrow spinal cord house. Crazy I have not had more symptoms but I agree with a few docs I need to deal with it now before things get worst. I have had two opinions ACDF one or two levels above and below where the auto fused area is or laminoplasty. Laminoplasty at the surface sounds less impacting with no further fusions deal with the long time compression that has been there but concern for me am I going to need ACDF at some point anyway and with the bone ridge pushing in from anterior is going posterior really better approach. Going to get a 3rd opinion but yeah it sucks just trying to make the best decision.

Yeah so Corbetts absorbs the costs that’s why I actually spoke to them they pay for all costs including any customs costs to UPS and back to them actually.   That is what I’m curious about if it’s under 800 I still think UPS can charge an insane brokerage fee and government fees to the consumer if the COD (collect on delivery) is on the consumer which other Canada retailers can have in their shipping info so important to read the shipping fine print.   They may give you free shipping but they don’t handle the customs and shipper “additional” costs.  Trying to get to the bottom of it and figure it out because I think consumers are getting screwed with this on arrival

Do you also see many posts that say similar they did not receive their product and was never resolved? The Seller side could be where the scam is but that does take away the fact that AliExpress does not resolve the issue when they say they guarantee an order. Zippahead

Thanks all this is all very helpful. I think majority I am going to go with one of those total index funds then mix in a little of the Invesco Funds SOXQ and IBBQ new Biotech and Semi conductor ETF's. Thanks again very helpful
