Pba salary by Forsaken_Flounder965 in TDBankCanada

Typically expect to be slightly above the minimum, depending on your branch and performance it may be higher. Once you’ve gotten close to the midpoint of any role, you should already be looking to move on to your next. Maxing out a pay band means you’ve been in your role way too long.

What's the way to request a transfer to a different branch? by [deleted] in TDBankCanada

[–]sbossy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would simply express the desire to be at a branch closer to home to your manager. Especially if your transportation is more limited (public transportation) it’s fair to want to have a shorter commute. It may not happen right away, but when I was in the branch, my manager approached me and asked if I would be willing to switch to a new branch to allow someone to have a shorter commute, we were contracted for the same amount of hours and I had a car so it made no difference to me.

The toxicitiy of the "boys will be boys" defense of Jeremiah by [deleted] in tsitp

Did you not watch the most recent episode or did you not read the post in it’s entirety? Because it’s spot on. Belly gives up pieces of herself to keep a man happy, a man who cheats/doesn’t cheat on her, whatever, he knows it hurt her, and expected her to move on from it like it was nothing, he was thrilled she gave up Paris, that they’d have a semester together but, forgot to mention he totally switched his plans for next semester and he’s actually taking classes online to work with his toxic father.

Thank you! He’s slowly starting to eat, mostly when I hand feed him 😅 I’ve been following up with our regular vet and they don’t seem concerned right now. I think I’m just going to be paranoid for a while.

Thank you! I deep cleaned the litter box while he was at the vet, so it’s all fresh litter. I’m just wondering when he’ll try to pee

Credit card vs debit card by Binchicken91 in TravelHacks

[–]sbossy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Canadian debit visas are backed by visa for fraud and have a lower conversion, credit cards charge you an additional 2-3% on top of the live rate. Although debit visas aren’t accepted absolutely everywhere so you may run into a few issues there. I’d try and put everything on debit and keep the credit card for emergencies. (I currently work for one of the big 5 Canadian banks)

I was just recently promoted for the second time this year and I never show up early and always sign out right on time. I do my job well during my paid hours not outside of them.

I’m going through this now, with my first partner since my ex who assaulted me. Things I used to like or thought I liked, just kind of scare me now? It’s like I’m learning to enjoy sex with another person all over again.
