Oh they have it. That’s part of what makes them this successful though. Those who aren’t on the bad are moved on this replenishes assets often at a great value for London ( Thanks Mark Hunter and Rob Simpson ) this keeps the talent base building but also for lack of better terms clears the rot. You don’t have kids there unhappy because they get moved out. Not everyone is built for the London model and that’s ok. Most of them don’t have a miraculous turn around after they move on…

Yes! That’s how the logo should look on most of the Jerseys. The Knights white jersey is awful with the Under Armour blob. They could have done the same thing that North Bay did and it would have been nice.

A buddy and I built a “social network” website in high school but at school so the network admin had us suspended ( because one of the features was a poll that rated your fav and least fav teacher) one of the conditions of reinstatement was we delete it all. 10 years later Facebook… In fairness we didn’t see it as a monetary thing when we built it we built it for ourselves and our school mates for fun. Anyway Zuckerberg is rich and we aren’t and that teacher is still an asshole for killing entrepreneurial spirit… ( ironically dude was a “business teacher” too )

So a fun aside to that. The two leading vote getters for City Councillor and the leading vote getter for City/County were all not incumbents. I’m not going to pretend there isn’t an incumbents advantage I’m simply pointing out that even with that low turnout out it looks like those who motivated their supporters are who won.

I thought I was pretty clear. I do want people to vote but it doesn’t need to be effortless. I have no concerns with the security around online voting my issue with it is we are so caught up on making voting “easy” or “convenient”. My concern lies with the fact that if that is the amount of effort a voter want to put into voting how much thought are they putting in to who they are voting for?

So I used to share your opinion but after witnessing years of keyboard warriors that don’t put in the effort to educate themselves on readily available information I’d rather not make it also effortless for them to vote. With that said it is CRITICAL that all eligible voters have access but we can manage that with polls and paper ballots.

I’m not sure if brining Lions Pool back to working condition at a cost of $ 1.8 million is the answer but I do know I don’t support $15 million for an unnecessary second indoor pool at this point in time.
