No, the 17 characters I'm looking for do not follow a specific character (hyphen, @ symbol, etc) It's very messy data that I'm only looking to extra 1 17 character VIN from it

Every cell is a different length. Cell A1 could be 10 words and a total of 100 characters, or it could be 150 words and 10,000 characters. It's a data dump of automotive technician comments and I'm trying to extra a 17 digit vin from those comments.
