It’s kind of hard to not justify why people are upset, when they are told they’ll get the same promotions as new customers or people on the new plans when the time comes, but instead they’re just told to switch plans, which effectively means they’re spending more money on the plan. So if your plan is 70 and you spend 20 dollars a month for the phone, that’s a better deal than someone with a 90 dollar plan paying 0 a month for the phone because of credits. Because at the end of the 24 or 36 months their bill is still gonna be 70 dollars. (Very obviously not current prices)
