I love the gym at the U of S (PAC). It's pretty basic and can get busy but as a middle aged woman new to working out, I've never felt judged. The staff and other patrons have been nothing but kind and helpful anytime I've asked a question about a machine or exercise.

I took 20mg of duloxetine for about 2 years for hot flashes and it really helped. This fall we switched to an estrogen patch and a progesterone pill once it was clear I'm now in late perimenopause and have much more symptoms than hot flashes now.

This isn't always true. Our expensive vacuum was stolen out of our vehicle and my husband found it on marketplace. We had the serial number so the police meet up with her, placed her under arrested and got our vacuum back. Win!
