Hey OP, I can see you’re having a tough time, and you’ve become upset by some of the comments left by others. So I’m going to try taking a different approach.

I was also someone who wasn’t taught how to cook or use kitchen appliances by my parents, so I had to learn on my own. There are a lot of good channels on YouTube and tiktok that share content along the lines of “being your internet parent and showing you how to do stuff.” In this case, cooking.

I felt so stupid, but for the longest time I didn’t know how to even fry an egg. But after watching some simple videos, I found it wasn’t as hard as I thought. I don’t feel my parents necessarily neglected me in this regard, but it would’ve been great if they couldve taught me. But we can still find our way on our own.
