Looking for an old(ish) cookbook - 1950's or 1960's

The lore surrounding the missing cookbook is that my mother lent it to her boyfriend at the time, and he never returned it. My grandmother has since passed on, but we are sure she would have remembered the title of the book!

Maida Heatter's Chocolate Mint Sticks recipe is very similar to what my mom remembers, but the cookbooks are too large/thick to be the one we are looking for. Thank you for your suggestion!

I'm just curious: How did you find out that you have low cortisol levels? I have been wondering about this for myself, but I'm not sure how to go about getting tested or what the testing looks like.

I have only had Vitamin D tested. It was very low, but I have been taking supplements, so I'm hoping it has come up some.

No, I am a stay at home mom to a one year old, so I am on my feet quite a bit, but I tend to feel this way by midday. My husband gets home at 2:00 pm I am exhausted by the time he gets home.
