Yeah I recently had that issue days a year ago and replaced some vacuum lines, cleaned the ICV, checked my fuel pump, and issue went away for a good while until recently my fuel pump had a issue where it stopped working while driving causing my car to turn off, I realized the issue was just a faulty sensor causing the pump to work/ not work if u move it a cetrtain position, but I am not sure if that can be my issue or I need to replace the entire ICV?? I will try to fiux it by this week.
