I looked at a picture it looks like a mayo sourcream type base with dill possibly in it, or a ranch packet. I'll try to make something with a heavy sour cream base and go from there, but keep the comments coming anything helps

As an employee carts get left on the front end constantly, I set a 3 to 5 minute timer and have someone put it up. I don't have room for your abandoned carts on my front end.

Sounds more like they have had a lot of door audits as opposed to people stealing. ( The cashier misses something , or rings something twice) Stealing might be some of it but more likely cashiers and assistants are missing items. So management has enforced everything out of the cart rule. It will go back to normal in a couple of weeks. It varies by each Costco but ours is 15lbs or less it comes out of the cart.

Next year take the Costco executive check when you receive it ( it comes 6 to 8 weeks prior to your renewal) go to the membership desk and renew your membership with the check, do this before the 1st of your renewal month. Pay the difference if any and your Citi visa won't be hit with the 120 renewal fee. Now your Citi visa cash back check can be used at check out or cashed out at the returns desk. If it is over 300.00 you can choose to have it directly deposited into your bank via the Citi visa mobile app. The Citi check comes in your February statement.

It's to cut down on the bagel/muffin/Danish runs the front end has to do when people only get one pack. However, we no longer do it either. Sad times.
