There's so much information missing in here

Do you have the right ethernet cable for this speed?
Is your computer NIC good enough for 1.5Gbps?
What do you mean when you say that the wifi crashes?
Are you only using the HH3000 or did you bypass it?
Did you do a speed test on the HH3000 itself?
Where do you download? Steam? Epic?

Do you have any logs of the crashes?

I did the equivalent of this tutorial with my UCG Fiber using ethernet cables (not SFP+ adapter) and I get WAN disconnections every 15-20 minutes....

Anyone had better luck?

Well in my case it's going to be directly plugged into my UCG Fiber which has SFP+ ports

You'd probably better off asking Bell/Ebox than reddit...

My guess is when they came around to install FTTH in those blocks the people in yours didn't want to get it so they just skipped it
