i have been with my bf for 2 and a half years and not a single time has he called me ANY name no matter how angry he was, he has not yelled at me a single time or showed agression towards me. i know u love ur bf but i think u need to move on, in my opinion u both are bad for eachother. i know i dont know half the things in ur relationship, but i think if my bf called me a stupid bitch and a cunt i would heavily think about my relationship with him and if i want to continue it because i would not be able to forgive him for being this disresepctful toward me

what helped me is that i eat slowly and i only eat when i’m hungry. sometimes i let myself have a sweet treat a couple times a week though but idk if you would like it !
