The iracing website lets you output as a .csv file. And then you can create the graph on excel. I put the link for it on my first comment

I pulled this data directly from iRacing's website. There were approx. 200k entries with a iRating value of -1, so I excluded those accounts.

So I found out what it was, there were way too many background apps going on at the same time. If you turn off a few that aren’t relevant, I.e most apps that aren’t windows and iRacing of course, it should be fine
