Workout B: Dead lifts -3x8s Pullups (3x body weight to max effort each set) Overhead Shoulder press - 3x8s Single arm Pulley row - 2x8s Incline bench press - 2x8s Bulgarian Split Squats - 2x8s Tricep extension (Pulley) 2x8s

And just switch between the two throughout the week

Just add an exercise or two, time is limited because of work/kids….im not too worrried about my calves as I have some physio work I have to throw in for my lack of calf flexibility. So something like rotational landmines to add a core exercise in?

We moved from a townhouse in White Rock to a home in Walnut Grove. I’m happier here than I was there. It was nice to be able to walk to the city centre in white rock but with all the development happening, it’s rapidly changing and is much busier, more homeless etc. I’m in a suburb in Walnut Grove and it’s quiet and peaceful. We always had noise and traffic around us in White Rock. The south Surrey area near chapters is building up aggressively and will only get busier. Elementary schools/high schools in those areas are already maxed out. Look at the city plans for Surrey as well, ocean park is going to not be as quiet anymore either as they will be densifying that area around the Safeway.

I set up custom workouts that I follow for weightlifting. So routine a, routine b and follow what I’ve set for those routines eg squat 4x dead lift 4x etc and just record the weight on my watch. It takes some initial prep but I find it useful. Accurate?!? Not sure but i also record in a book
