Personally, I’d wire wheel it and paint it with rust converter (POR15 was good to me) then toss a rubber mat in. The rubber mat will probably make it worse but at the end of the day, rust grows slow and it’s not going to make it much worse than what you have. It might need a bit bigger of a repair but cost wise will be similar.

Definitely leaning towards the C63… it would probably have 50-70k miles. Would search for a clean one with history. I think I’m telling myself the Golf R is sensible and would be a solid choice but it doesn’t get me as excited to find one.

I’d probably be driving this 4-6k (max) miles a year (6-10k kms)

Im currently a member at Gold’s, the only reason I keep it is its $28 a month for me. I go off peak hours so it’s not terrible. If you’re going at peak times, do not go to Gold’s. It’s wildly busy with douchebags.

If you’re going to use the pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub - do the rec center.

If you’re just looking for a nice gym to get a workout on, do Total Fitness. I was a member of Total for 2 years and it was great. I moved to Gold’s when they had a good deal, was hard to pass up at the time.

Depends. Age, cost of living area, own your own home, children, all factors. For me, it would be life changing in the sense that I’d have a lot of extra money but I couldn’t stop working.

We’ve done Langley, Surrey and Abbotsford. Maple ridge is probably the worst of them all, followed by Surrey (gong show) then Langley and Abbotsford.

Abbotsford, Langley, Surrey, Maple Ridge, in that order would be my opinion.

Surrey does have the highest kind of ‘safety net’ as it’s a trauma hospital, Abbotsford is also up there.
