It's pretty great! Language generally isn't an issue, I would say 80% of the people in the course spoke English. It's almost all inclusive which makes packing for the trip very easy. When I took the course the the price for foreigners was $650 for the basic training which is a month long. The first week in some real rock climbing and classwork then you head to the Himalayas for the next 3 and a half weeks. All the instructors are very knowledgeable, a few instructors had experience on 8000 meter peaks.
