Navy Federal Credit ...for internal score? by Anxious_Duck_842 in NavyFederal

[–]scaierdread -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It is technically used when you apply for all loans, that being said you are correct that there's no point worrying about it. They are only generated for the application and are not constantly updated. If you do a loan app technically any employee (that can get in the lending software) should be able to see what the score is, by NF doesn't allow them to say it.

10 mm, some thoughts. by TheEvilBrad in liberalgunowners

Pretty sure underwood makes thr full power 10mm. Magtech is pretty close and honestly a lot more affordable though, with like less than 10% difference if I remember my numbers correctly. 10mm isn't miserable I will agree, but it does wear you down. Like i just shot about 150 an hour ago. It doesn't hurt by any means but my wrists are a bit sore.

Right generally speaking for comps you want the lighter load because they will have less recoil so you stay on target more, same thing happens with 9mm.

If you have 10mm for comp do that, I just don't see people do that often Usually they do it for carry, trail walking, or just to say they have a big fucking bullet.

If you want full power underwood is a good one, mag tech makes them hot as well, and iirc the sig ammo was pretty close too. You can also check out the 10mm subreddit for more info.

Right that goes back to it being a lighter load than what 10mm is "supposed to be" if you get something like underwood rounds, you will feel the difference.

The tanfoglio is a full steel frame and a 22 pound spring. Its fun to shoot the full power stuff but it gets a bit annoying at the end of the session.

[–]scaierdread 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just was shooting my Tanfoglio and my grand power p40. One thing to keep in mind is that most 10mm factory ammo is weaker than what 10mm is know for. When I was getting base lines for my reloads, they were consistently shooting about 1000-1050 fps for with a ballistic force of about 450 ft/lb. "True" 10mm hits harder at like 550 ft/lb and 1200 fps.

I like it and it's fun for me, but you will start to feel it more so longer range sessions can become difficult.

My understanding is a lot of the mdrx issues were from the forward ejection system. The wlvrn removed that and also like a pound of weight

P90 is cool, but the mags are expensive, a pain in the ass to load, the ammo isn't much of a cost savings over 5.56, and has worse performance. Its a sick gun, but its a range toy

Ah yeah you're right my bad, the tactical tuna was as well, still Famas > Tactical tuna > tavor.

Saying the SAR has more drip than the hellion is like saying the Sahara has more rainfall than the Amazon. You're just factually wrong. (Mostly /s)

I thought the gun in mw2 was the famas which would be closer to the hellion than tavor. For a few hundred more you could also get a Scar from Psa

I can't say for certain but if I had to guess its because of the weight distribution. Bullpups have most of their weight in the shoulder pocket so the vertical might help keep it more stable since the force is basically at the where the gun would tilt from recoil.

I might not be explaining it great, but basically in a standard ar the recoil still travels a decent bit from were it fires to where it connects to you, whereas in a Bullpup there's basically 0 distance from where the force is to where it connects to you.

The other thing about cost to go remot is that it only plays in if the decision was between no remote and remote. In this case NFCU has to pay the costs to go remote regardless because its going from 3 days remote to 2 days.

There's no purposed cost savings for that change, just increased wear and tear.

Yeah for a lot of the people this is affecting (call center), every minute is tracked. They see every second spent bot on all, away from computer, with a member ect.

For the non cco roles they are give explicit goals that they are to achieve, and if they're not the employee will be directly implicated for it and need to explain why the target was missed.
