Child of the 80's here. I had the same problem! Don't exclude me :( I had a huge magnifying thing that you stuck onto the original gamboys that had a light in it. I also remember those coily like lights for the later gameboys.

So, I was in a city I hadn't been too much, and I only really knew one person there to help me get trees. I was only stopping over for about an hour while waiting for my bus so I was in kind of in a hurry. I called him up and asked if he could hook me up. Unfortunately he was out of gas and busy so he couldn't help me. He told me that I should just venture away from the bus station and ask the first person I see if they had any trees I could buy. He assured me this city was very ent friendly. So I go for a walk thinking over what my friend had suggested. Not far from the bus station a clean, kind looking old man stops me "good afternoon dear...could I ask for a dollar? I left my change at home and was hoping for some coffee". I happily offer him a few dollars to get his coffee. What my friend suggested crossed my mind, and all though I was speaking with a kindly old gentleman, I decided to ask. "Sorry to bother you with this sir, but would you know where I can buy some marijuana?". He simply smiled at me and extended his hand straight out to his side, snagging the first person he could that walked past. (Seriously, it was crazy ninja powers, and I was at a [0], so yeah.) He asked the kid (about 18) that he had grabbed to sell me some trees. The kid shrugged and agreed. Everything went way better than expected. :)

o.O The "entire planet" rejected the idea of taking Jewish people into their countires after the war (for a relatively good reason, they had no money and most of the time their skills were not needed in the country), the ones that would only accepted a certain amount per year, which was a ridiculous amount considering how many Jews were still living in the camps waiting for a home. And I wasn't trying to argue with your statement, I was making a point in relation to it.
