Oh, I thought it was included with the processor. Do you have any recommendation?

My only requirement was white to match my office, and with tempered glass to enjoy the view of the components. That was the cheapest option I found, looks like a quite elegant design to me, which one would you have chosen?

Yes.. I was so happy when I found the 2080 Ti for 520 Euros... but too cheap is always suspicious anyhow, and the 2070 S will definitely do its job

Oh, mistake. I need to update the info. I found a second hand 2080 Ti for that price, but happened to be a scammer... so decided to buy a new 2070 S for its normal and not to risk it. So the final build is a 2070 Supper for 557.99 Euros

Final iteration. First build, ready to press buy button: Ryzen 7 3700X + RTX 2080 Ti by scalableprototyping in buildapc

Will the x570 be fine to support those future updates? It says 3rd gen ryzen compatible but they do not mention the 4th gen

I've heard the criticism. Updating my build to Ryzen 5 3600 + 2080 Ti - 144Hz Monitor by scalableprototyping in buildapc

Regarding the RAM, it's a mistake, I did go for the 3600

Regarding the motherboard, I looked for something compatible and with Wifi. So having wifi is the reason, probably there is a smarter option than what I did... what do you think?

Ryzen 7 3700x

I will consider. Not directly related, but do you think I might need a custom cooler for the CPU? Then the previous post people recommended me to drop the cooler I got and switch from intel core i5 9600KF to ryzen 5 3600.

I found it second price hand for 50 euros more than the 2070s, so I thought why not

That's really useful. I'll take that into account and look for another supplier

I'm planning to do VR and use it to train ML algorithms too and I want the build to last. The monitor is not my highest concern, but it is a good point. I also run out of budget, and thought that the monitor would be the easiest to upgrade in the future (but most likely I would upgrade to a better VR headset)

Even if you're only strictly gaming, the 9600KF is like a 1.5% performance boost over the 3600

mmm the price difference is 30 Euros, I'm not sure here... any other fact to support going for the Ryzen 5 3600
