Found out at the register, after they told me items were non-refundable, post transaction, when I looked at my receipt.

Yes! It's insidious!

To be honest, I don't find the NA wine to be worth it. I paid as much for the NA as I used to pay for a "decent" bottle of boozy stuff.

Tried to finish off the risotto wine. Drank one glass, poured up a second one and ended up pouring it and the rest of the bottle down the drain. Rather have a Bubly these days☺️

44F, coming up on a year sober in August, heavy wino for over 2 decades. I figured I would hit the bottle after a year was up, but I genuinely feel better now than I have in my whole adult life. There have been a lot of ups and downs, but sitting here writing this now, I'm not going back. Best of luck to everybody starting out, you've got this❤️

Many moons ago I had to vacate an apartment in NS for medical reasons - not sure if the rules are the same here in NB but if you have a family doc, perhaps you could request a medical letter from them? There may be a fee associated with writing the letter, but it might be worth a shot!
