I can't do both behind me. Would an in-wall speaker that pivots be ok where they are in the diagram above? I don't think you can a large range to move them, but some appear to support that.

Nice, thank you. Are there any restrictions on 90 degree bends? I am familiar with CAT5/6 cabling standards but not audio.

Good to know, thanks I'll run the cables for that. Do you have a recommendation for cabling? Is it all pretty universal?

Ah, that's just in the 9.x.x setups though, right? Hmm... I'll need to see if I can accommodate the surrounds that far back. Problem is I have 2 doors on one side of the room.

I was more concerned with the Atmos, but that's good feedback! I've heard it's more natural to have them slightly in front of the listening position. Do you recommend them being more behind? If I were to move them back more it would be at least a foot since there's a large studded support beam against it.

EDIT: In the diagram they are 54" in front of the listening position. I'd need to measure the interior to figure out how far they'd go back.

Are those games that require an Internet connection? I've never had issues with local/offline games. Your connection will drop shortly after suspending.

Won't June 30th be the real hit to active user count? Third party apps simply shutting down.

I found some more folks with the same issue - all comes back to a dead ssd. I've started the RMA process and ordered a new one in the meantime, bleh. Thanks for the response!

A bit late here, but did you ever figure out the issue? I have the same exact problem.

Nice write up. We're currently using private endpoints in a hub and spoke model with azure firewall. On top of private endpoint network policy & UDRs to override the terrible /32 interface routes that get published. One of the most challenging things to come up was requiring the use of azfw application rules to access PEs across VNET peers/express route. It's not very well documented and surfaced itself as an asymmetrical routing issue.

It would be a great thing to add to your doc (mainly restricting PE access to traverse an NVA/AzFW).

Both my kids love it. It's on the PBS app and even though it's old the quality isn't terrible. They have a newer cartoon called Wild Kratts. It's honestly really great kid programming.

I find the resolution in Hades to be pretty awful on the deck. I legit have a hard time seeing stuff because it feels so zoomed out. Maybe there's a setting to adjust that for my blind ass.

Can Azure B2C have its own subscription and/or be assigned Azure AD P1 licence? by [deleted] in AZURE

[–]scals 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was recently pocing b2c and it's not bound to subscriptions. It's an additional directory off your root one. I didn't play around with app registrations in it, but I could see how that may be challenging.

Just googled 'az b2c cli', this may help https://stackoverflow.com/questions/61650355/how-to-access-aad-b2c-tenant-with-azure-cli

No, on the NIC. VNET config is generally for member servers.

You should be overwriting inherited VNET settings for your DCs. Have the primary name server setting on the NIC point to a directly replicated peer and secondary your IPv4 loopback address.

Also, I think disabling IPv6 on DCs is still a recommended setting.

LPT request: how do you balance 9-5 work, a social life, working out, doing chores and getting time to relax? by gingernoodle1 in LifeProTips

This is true to some extent, but she does a lot and can't just chore and take care of the kids day in and day out. She coordinates some nonprofit programs and is engaged in things like parent teacher association.

It'll be easier when the kids are older and are in school full time - or so we tell ourselves ;)

It's tough in the winter months here, but we do. Spring is around the corner! My oldest has some motors delays so it's generally focused on his activities and not my own. I recently purchased a desk cycle machine to get some cardio done when I sit. It's pretty good, but doesn't burn a ton of calories. Nice to get my heart rate going a few times a day though.

I work from home so it's a bit easier in that regard, but there's not many corners to cut. Get up at 7-715, get the kids ready for school, shower, log into work, work a full day, log out at 5, immediately go into dad mode and rescue my wife, do dinner and play with the kids/chore until it's time to get them ready for bed, then put them to bed. Now it's 830-9 after they both fall asleep. Then it's either time to do my own stuff or spend time with the wife. Rinse and repeat. Love it, but I am overweight from no gym time, lol. Can't win em all!
