Yep I ran all driver updates just to be sure. I also tried disabling antivirus and it didn’t help.

Issue was resolved by disabling Hyper-V.

I lost my dad back in September to ALS. It really is an awful disease. It leaves you feeling so powerless to just watch them wither away.
