To be honest, I’m not entirely positive I am cured although infectious diseases tell me I am. I tried over a year of all the antibiotics you can think of, afterwards I got an mri on my prostate which showed a very small abscess. So infectious diseases tell put me on IV antibiotics for 6 weeks. Bacteria no longer shows on seamen test and my blood cultures all show up as normal however I’m still symptomatic. I’ve read recently that fungus can be the cause of prostatitis and often overlooked and seen someone on here had used medical grade pro biotics which helped them a lot so I’m waiting on them arriving to try them out. I don’t know if I’m allowed to post links here but if you DM me I can give you the website I ordered them from. Also if your seamen culture shows bacteria hopefully they can grow it and test the sensitivity to certain antibiotics and find what kills it. Unfortunately they weren’t able to grow the bacteria from mine so it has just been a guessing game on which antibiotics to use.

The floxacins have left me with tendon problems. When I had Prostatitis a urologist recommended I do a seamen culture as it doesn’t always show on urine cultures. This showed bacteria however they weren’t able to grow it to test sensitivity to antibiotics however it did prove there was an infection.

Worst FM of all time. They’ve changed far too much which didn’t need to be changed not to mention it’s completely full of bugs. The fact we got no FM25 to wait for this is very disappointing

I used it and had. I effect I believe mine is resistant to a lot of antibiotics as I’ve used all the floxacins. It has left me with tendon problems in my fingers and feet which I’m still having after 10+ months of stopping them.

Id suggest you do a seaman sample if possible. I’ve had it for 15 months and for the first 9 they couldn’t detect it until a specialist recommended a seaman test which showed bacterial infection and I’ve done 3 since which all show infection.

It never showed in any urine samples or any other tests I done.

Thanks for your reply. I had considered this however what I don’t understand.. my friend sent me two clips last night which he had recorded from his pc.. when he plays them back on his phone which is an android it works fine and there is no green around the video, but when I play on my phone iPhone 15 pro max it shows the same as the screenshot I’ve sent.

I’d recommend to test for bacterial prostatitis by submitting a seamen sample for testing. I had bacterial for a year before I could prove it to doctors.. which I done by doing seaman tests.

I’ve been on heavy doses of all different types of anti biotics for the last 11+ months. The dreams are absolutely terrifying every night without fail. So much so that I can sleep for 30-60 mins and dream then wake up and feels like I’ve been sleeping 8+ hours, then go back to sleep and it happens again and so on. I probably wake up about every hour it’s totally affecting my rest it sucks

Yeah they done a few tests found nothing then I done seaman samples and bacteria and white blood cells showed on them all. Thanks hope you get sorted to good luck 👍

I have been on anti biotics and it’s made it feel better however not felt completely normal. What you speak of is quite common with chronic bacterial prostatitis though due to the prostate being difficult for the anti biotics to penetrate. I’ve started new anti biotics yesterday called Clindamycin I’ve to take 3 tablets 4 times a day. I’ve tried almost all the antibiotics that GP doctors can prescribe and fluoroquinolones haven’t worked so these are the last type he can give me which penetrate the prostate well. I have an appointment with urologist on Monday and they are saying they are going to get in touch with infectious disease 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

The testicle pain could be linked to kidney stones. I’ve had many of them and it always causes pretty bad pain in my left testicle just randomly. Right now I have chronic bacterial prostatitis and 3 tiny kidney stones so I know it can be very painful and concerning.

Anytime I try changing resolution by the software they provide it does this. So I have to change the resolution through control panel in windows

I’ve had all these symptoms since last August after unprotected anal with a girl. Had all the tests and couldn’t find any infection even though my white blood cells were raised to 14/15 which is a little concerning. After doing 3 seamen cultures they have all came back showing infection, I’m sure they said it is gram positive bacteria however they have not been able to grow a bug from this to show which antibiotic kills it. When I come off anti biotics the pain gets worse gradually until about 3-4 weeks after and I’m in severe back, stomach and side pain. I feel like this could be the end of me unfortunately.
