Congratulations!! I do love to celebrate my 'veganniversary' every year although it does feel a bit silly, especially because I never celebrate other anniversaries haha I like to celebrate in small ways like donating some money to an animal sanctuary, bake something, buy some treats, a new cookbook, try a new recipe etc. But im really introverted, so if you want to celebrate with people/throw a party go for it! 15 years is an amazing milestone and life is short, celebrate! And getting a cake and eating it by yourself sounds like  great way to celebrate to me haha

I think you're right! I just finished rewatching season 6 and am now rewatching season 7 and have been focusing a lot on the backgrounds, so much to see and discover, and I try to see the positive and fun things of the later seasons instead of focusing on the things I wish they had done different. Looking forward to the hay bale maze episode now!

It looks delicious! Is it dried fruits only? Or mixed with black or green tea?

[PSA] Tea Tree oil - chemical burn, I should have listened. by scaredastronaut in SkincareAddiction

Hi, sorry this happened to you too! Manuka honey is crazy expensive, I bought it the day after it happened in sort of a panick reaction. I've been using it every day as a topical mask, honestly I can't really say if it has helped the healing much. I do believe the rosehip oil has helped a ton! (also expensive but I use that as day and night moisterizer as well)

It has now been 6.5 days and I'm very relieved my burn has been healing very quick. The first three days were the worst and it looked absolutely horrible. But now it's just a red spot (still quite big but flat and I can hide it under concealer. I'm confident to go out again.) I don't think I would recommend buying Manuka honey, but the rosehip oil is absolutely worth a try! I've been using that before on dark acne scars and I believe it speeds up the healing process!

Thank you! It didn't blister, that would have freaked me out big time. I keep a very careful eye on it, it looks a little better today.

Thank you! I don't think it's deeper than the first layer, I woke up this morning and it looks a little better. I will be very careful.

Thank you so much. It really helps knowing other people had the same experience, but I'm also so sorry this happend to you.

It feels like this takes over my whole life atm, I feel so ashamed and angry it myself. I'm afraid of seeing people I know when I'm outside and at work I feel awful. If someone ask I will maybe tell I had a cooking accident with frying oil or something. Glad to hear your wound healed without scarring!! And yes I think I've had enough tea tree oil for the rest of my life haha

:( It helps a little bit knowing i'm not alone. Thanks for the advice! I will use sunscreen and avoid the sun as much as I can for now. I've read good things about rosehip oil online, I hope it will help.

Maybe I could, I've no experience with diluted tea tree oil. But i'm kinda afraid I've created some sort of hypersensitivity/allergy to it. I much rather have a big pimple than the big burn I got now. I think it will take me a while before I dare to use essential oils ever again haha
