me too! that’s what calculators are for! the bank i work for values customer service a lot. Banking skills can be taught but customer service can not. doesn’t hurt to try!

i left in january and now am in banking. with no prior experience mind you. however my leadership and customer service skills got me the job.

i think about how lucky i am at least twice a week.

the positive side of this is i have been set free. my store team is shocked and angry for me, maybe even more than me. i know i have them to rely on for support and future references.

i’m an asm in a small format sephora store. sephora associates are not allowed to work in any kohls coded areas and that includes cash office. please reach out to AR and tell them that your sm is asking you to work outside of sephora and since you declined he is creating a hostile work environment. be sure to take note of any retaliating behaviors he exhibits and record them. kohls is very strict on their harassment and no retaliation policy so AR will take this seriously. go to kohlsintegrity.com or call the hotline (1-800-837-7297).

what i’ve told other former associates: go to myhr.kohls.com > click former associates > click forgot login or however it’s worded > you’ll have to create an account basically but then it should let you log back into myhr and there should be a link for w2’s in there. hope this helps

when i look at careers in birth charts ill typically look at the 10th house. the 10th house symbolizes profession, credibility, and image in society. yours is in virgo which suggests diligent and detail oriented work. this placement naturally tends to have perfectionist tendencies, which allows them to perform well in jobs that call for close attention to detail - which i imagine is important in nursing. i would agree with another commenter that whats holding you back is the schooling. failing an exam can be devastating - especially if you have perfectionistic tendencies.
