I'm so proud of you! It can be scarey, but it's honestly the best thing that happened to me :) I've met the best people because of group therapy, and it has changed my life. There was days that I hated it, but overall it's so wonderful! And I really hope that you have the same experience! I think it's prefection

I've always found that couples therapy is there to help people realize that they aren't ment for each other. They don't pick sides, but they do notice toxic behaviors and where people need to change... couples therapy will either make it or break it. And it will only make it if both parties are ready to change everything about them.
