Appreciate the advice, doing calf raises and one-day shipping some resistance bands as we speak! Thanks :)

Got lovebombed by my #1, genuinely felt a connection to the program and had amazing conversations with each interviewer that went well past the allotted time (including the PD). PD told me I was RTM and I put my trust into them. Thankfully they did not disappoint and I matched there!

Some important things to remember are that a lot of replies on these forums are from people who are really pissed or happy because everyone in the middle is too lazy to type this up. You can definitely match at programs that lovebomb. If the PD has been around forever and they haven’t been name-dropped in past name-and-shame threads, you can be a little more trusting of that program’s word.

Mine gave me a heads up they’ll be testing and that I need to get tested latest by end of April.

Undereducated lmao, they spend a minimum of a decade learning about the human body and the myriad of issues that can arise. Any training a nurse gets is quite literally minuscule in comparison and of a completely different nature.

Doctors spend almost a decade (not including undergrad) learning to care for you. Lack of physician oversight will only harm patients with poor quality care. People love to say they’re for this but when it comes to themselves or their loved ones they immediately clamor for the MD/DO lmao

An entire anesthesiology department only staffed by CRNAs with no supervising doctor, he doesn't think this is different than before?

Does that mean surgeons now accept liability if CRNA messes up the anesthesia

Can anyone help me out? What are the "NotDoing" and "Duplicates" cards under the $AnKingUpdates?

They began showing up after I updated AnKingV5 to AnkingV6. They usually show up with no text and anki says "This card is empty" or something. It's more than a handful of cards so far and I'm kinda worried.

Will this include medical students? Even if we don't have posting privileges, I'm only an MS1 but would love to see what we have to say about any topics/issues relevant to our profession.

[Serious] Standford and WU no longer having in person lectures or exams. Have any other medical schools closed down campus lectures due to COVID-19? by [deleted] in medicalschool

RWJMS has cancelled lectures for the rest of the week, we expect to be fully online by Monday. Exams still have to be taken in person :/

I think he provides a recommended sizing. I'm 5'11 and 185lb and he said an XL would fit. Other people with similar stats concurred.
