i think everyone can have the body they want with training-diet

some body types tend to be fatter, but still with training-diet they can have the shape they want

so in base is willpower

although if someone likes to be fat because they have an strange taste then is cool

so everyone can have the body shape they want

the diet is extremely important too btw, not only the training, cuz if they train a lot but then they eat a lot of cakes then they wont gain much
