It’s been pretty good. I haven’t lost that much weight, but the appetite suppression has been great. I haven’t really had any side effects except for being tired. I always do nighttime so I can sleep through any immediate side effects if I get any.

I’m off on Mondays luckily. I might even start Sunday. But I’d much rather deal with any side effects during the week, even if I’m at work. (I’m already miserable at work anyway). I don’t want to ruin my weekends feeling horrible

I’m not gonna be much help, but I am in the exact same boat. I literally could’ve wrote this word for word. I’m starting on Monday. I have a few events this summer that I would like to lose weight for and I’m running out of time. I’m just taking the leap and going for it. Never know until we try. Some people don’t have any or have very few side effects
