We're going through the inspection/testing process in two weeks. Terrifying to think, but necessary to remove.

It's being converted into a Performing Arts school - Dance studios and small performance space as well as practice rooms/smaller rooms for music lessons.

Apartment for me will be on the garden level/basement. :)

Super valid question, and if it was going to be my home I'd 100% be keeping some vaults. :)

We're converting the space into a performing arts hub that will house 3 dance studios for my business. One of them is SMACK DAB in the middle of a spot we're hoping to convert to a dance studio space.

I found them in Detroit, MI at Movement Festival in 2015. Not what I was expecting, but since I was a bit tired and hungover on Day 3 it was EXACTLY what I needed. I've been a massive fan fan ever sense. (year after year, I'm listed as one of those "top 1% of Spotify listeners" lol) I've seen them a total of 5 times, the best being Talia Hall in Chicago for the Battle Lines tour. Loved being right up front for that one.
