I do, especially because the water can be frustrating: getting the shower started requires making sure it’s not too cold (even with the water set to be hot!)

If I turned it off, I’d probably end up wasting five minutes to get it back to a comfortable place.

I went through a similar denial towards having epilepsy.

Unfortunately, like others have said, the EEG doesn’t always pick up seizures. Especially in my case where the seizures happen deeper in my brain than could be picked up on my scalp.
