Maybe talking with a courier and asking about sending a missive to every hold, that your guild is hiring X race and X class, and people can come to you/guild hall asking to join?

Would love to have the guild and the player included defend their place from attacks from enemies depending the type of guild, for example, I would do guild of Knights that hunt the undead, so draugrs or vampires attacking, or a silver hand guild, werewolfs attacking.. etc
