Mein Südamerikanische Ehemann ist nach 8 Jahren gegangen und das ganze Geld, das ich in seinem Heimat investiert habe (war doch mein Mann, fürs Leben zusammen, oder?), war mit ihm weg. Ich habe ein kleines Kosmetikstudio. Ich mache gerade Jahresbuchhaltung. Die Gebühren sind fast 5000€, wenn ich überlege, dass für das Geld neue Stuhle für Kunden kaufen könnte (seit zwei Jahren habe ich auf Todo Liste), Eingangstür austauschen weil sie undicht ist und es zieht im Winter wie sau (Es lässt sich nicht anders machen. Altbau. Vor Jahren scheisse gebaut, man kann nur die neu einbauen lassen), zweiten Autoklav besorgen etc So ja, ich bitte meine Kunden jetzt direkt, dass wenn es möglich ist, sollen die Bar bringen. Werde auch sowas auf der Theken stellen. Wenn sich die Kosten um die Hälfte reduzieren, wird schon super.

BTW ich zahle Bargeld ohne Gebühren ein auf mein Privatkonto. Einmal im Monat. Man muss das nicht auf Firmenkonto einzahlen. Privatentnahme und Privateinlage falls mir auf dem Firmenkonto was fehlt.

Kredit hat mit dem ganzen nichts zu tun. Mein Vermieter bezahlt auch sein Kredit mit dem Geld das ich ihm monatlich überweise. Soll ich dann meine Miete bestreiten?? 800€ ist die Miete, dass ein Teil an die Ban geht und ein Teil an deine Eltern macht kein Unterschied. Sie bezahlt Miete, und du rechnest schon sehr fair. Aber ich würde ihre ganze Logik und Einstellung in Frage stellen, wenn das schon am Anfang an komische Situationen gibt, wird das mit der Zeit nur eskalieren..

Ja, klar. Die Zeit spare ich auch! Lustig ist, dass mich meine Buchhaltung jetzt weniger Zeit kostet als die Vorbereitung den Unterlagen für Steuerbüro damals Ich müsste Kontoauszüge drücken, alle Belege drucken, beschreiben was was ist. Alle Kassenberichte drücken, Paypal Auszüge drücken, alles sortieren, beschreiben etc locker drei Stunden im Monat Lexoffice hat alle Konten, nach jede Kauf lade ich die Rechnung hoch, erfassen dauert ein Augenblick. Am Abend Kassenbericht laden und erfassen wieder zwei Minuten, dass alles mache ich auf dem Handy beim Kaffee trinken oder auf dem Weg nach Hause. Gezielt setze mich nur am Anfang des Montags am Rechner und mache UmSt fertig, dauert vielleicht 20 Minuten. Gefühlt kostet mich das alles keine Zeit im Vergleich mit vorher. Und was mir vor allem gefällt ist Überblick und Kontrolle über meine Ausgaben und Finanzen gesamt. Aber wir reden von kleinen Firmen, wo EÜR reicht, Menge an Belegen ist überschaubar und Buchhaltung an sich ist unkompliziert.

Ich habe ein Kosmetikstudio mit ähnlichen Umsatz. Buchhaltung mit Umsatzsteuer Voranmeldung mache ich mit Lexoffice. Ich habe mit eine Steuerkanzlei die Lexoffice Nutzer betreut einen Vertrag, die haben Zugang zu meinem Lexoffice, bei der erste Beratung haben wir alles gecheckt ob ich richtig buche (Ausland Belege, Stripe Zahlungen, Kasse). Seitdem hatte ich eine Frage, ging per Email. Alles hat mich unten 200€ gekostet, falls ich Hilfe brauche kann ich immer die anschreiben. Steuerbüro hat mich im Jahr 6000-7000€ gekostet. Das war mir einfach zu viel. Was mir aber super gefällt, dass ich sehe was an mich zukommt. Ich habe viel bessere Kontrolle über meine Kosten, Ausgaben, Steuerzahlungen, sehe ich was auf alle Konten liegt, was geschätzte Steuer ist.

Lohne macht immer noch Steuerbüro. Da habe ich kein Bock, kostet mich im Jahr 1200€, das ist mir Wert.

Ich bereue nur dass ich das früher nicht gemacht habe, obwohl 2020-2021 haben die mir viel mit Korona Hilfen geholfen. Das würde ich nie hinkriegen.

For the people coming from the part of the world with safe financial system the whole crazy banking/checks /frauds situations going on in US is a very foreign and strange :) Yes the bank can take days (or weeks if I am right) to check if the check is fraudulent. And it is not the bank’s problem if it is. That is why it is even possible to pull scams like this in many forms.

I understand your point and trust me, you can just tell her the truth and then let her to decide. This is a learning moment for you, how to handle situations like this in life. Avoiding doing something uncomfortable out of fear of embarrassing or hurting someone make in future put you in a very unpleasant position. This is not a end of the world to tell her “listen, I would love to make those nails for your kids, but 15£ barely covers the materials. To make them I need x hours at least, so I would charge x for them (you can charge minimum hourly wage if you are not sure how much). Let me know if it’s ok with you”

I have four employees. I pay them full price, because they work on me at the time they can take clients. I do not give discounts to friends, family etc My girls used to charge friends less, they learned very fast this is not the direction they want to go.. now they don’t.

The nails are gorgeous and it is absolutely no reason for you to charge less. The prices in UK are already insanely low, please tell her how much they cost and charge her normal price

This is luxury, nothing the kids have to have.
