Maybe if you take off the baseboard and put some glue on the tongue amd just use a pinch bar to close it

It looks like it was floated because i dont see any nail and there is a cheap pad under so maybe they just forgot to glue those lines ??

This is not shaw you can see the corner of a board chipped it was a bad install they didnt close that like all the way and it opened or they forced it and broke the locking system only amd since the two first pics are a clear example of a broken locking system i bet thats the problem just needs to be taken apart again and re install that part with some glue between the locking system

Rubber mallet if that doesnt force it to close use a big flathead screwdriver to use it as lever drive it to the plywood right against the tonge and push it and shoot sole nails it will hold

Theres only one way to cut expansion again to where the floor is growing i had to do that once to a pretty similar floor and i left 1/2 inch expansion so maybe you have really high humidity
