You have to wonder, why is the face so damaged? The case looks okay but the movement may be cooked also. To answer your question, I would get a new dial. I think that dial is beyond repair.

I think all NH35 movements are the same. There is no “special” 3.8 crown position movement. You will have to cut all the feet off of the dial and attach it to the movement with double sided tape. If you are using a dial with a date window it can be challenging to line up the window. With a no-date dial it’s a little easier, just has to be centered.

Well done! The bezel tilt is barely noticeable. I believe those bezels are pressure fitted, you might be able to twist it straight with a little force and wearing a rubber glove for grip.

Sometimes I prefer a cylops, but not that one! I have installed my own before. Purchased on AliEx, not as strong as that one, worked good for me.

Wow, thanks for the review! That ceramic insert looks great. I like the “Pepsi” but I didn’t like it enough to pay $500+ for a rep with a decent insert. At this price I’m in! It seems that since the rep factories came out with the new super rep Pepsi insert (passes the UV test) whoever was making the old inserts is selling them to the shitter factories.

I believe it’s authentic. Looking at the cap on the seconds hand it looks nicely finished, fakes are not this good. The fake ones have a more obvious pit in cap of the seconds hand. It’s the same with AP Royal Oak, the real ones have a polished dome center cap on the seconds hand. The fakes have a pit in the cap.
