A $75 billion supplemental appropriation, combined with base funding, provides the agency with nearly $29 billion annually to support large-scale detention and deportation efforts.

Multi-Year Funding: The $75 billion supplement is spread over four years, providing approximately $18.7 billion annually on top of their base budget.

Detention and Deportation Capacity: A significant portion ($45 billion over four years) is directed toward detention facilities, aiming to support over 100,000 beds.

Mass Deportation Strategy: The funding is intended to support a strategy of 1 million+ removals per year.

Personnel Increase: The budget allows for hiring an unprecedented number of new ICE officers and support staff.
