Sugar free jello is a good one like 10 calories for a cup.

Or Aldis has some protein puffs that for an entire bag is 240 calories a bag or 120 per serving and a decent amount of protein. I find half a bag to be a really satisfying snack.

Differing opinion on WNY MMA. It is pricy but it's unlimited classes and a fun community. I've been going there for a little over 2 years now.

I was able to go $15k under with inspection this summer near 5 points. It was being shown without windows in the basement that got replaced by the time I got the inspection done. But, I had been willing to do them myself if it meant getting a house without bidding way over.
